  • When will I receive my package?

    We ship orders within 3-5 business days. Customers should receive their packages within 7-14 business days after placing their order.

  • Which products should I use?

    We have provided descriptions of our offerings in the products tab. We hope that any questions you might have will be answered in the provided information, but If you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to contact us via email at support@unearthbotanicals.com.

  • Do you resell product purchased from other companies?

    No, we proudly hand make each and every product that we sell using locally sourced ingredients.

  • I really enjoy your events! When is your next one?

    Please make sure you are subscribed to our email list. Customers on our email list get the HOT HERBAL TEA before anyone else! You will also find information regarding upcoming events on our social media pages, please be sure to follow us. Lastly, you can check our events tab for more information.

  • I am interested in speaking to Essence directly about some things I am experiencing. How do I contact her?

    For direct contact with Essence customers are encouraged to book a consultation via the services tab. If you are having trouble booking a consult, you may contact us at support@unearthedbotanicals.com.

    We are glad you are enjoying our products and thank you in advance for your reviews! Reviews may be left under the product page by simply selecting “write review”. You may also be notified via email asking to leave a review a few days after receiving your product.

Our Policies

Payments

All payments are due at checkout via Paypal, AfterPay, Shop Pay, Gift Card or Debit/Credit Card. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days of purchasing. Once your order has been shipped you may be notified via email. Please also allow an additional 3 to 7 business days from the time of your confirmation email for your order delivery. Please note that orders can take longer to ship if placed during a sale or holidays.

We are not responsible for orders that are stolen in transit, orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error or deliveries that have been declined. If an order is returned, customer is responsible for a reshipping fee or a refund may be issued minus shipping fees in addition to a 25% restocking fee. If the order shows as delivered there will be no refund or reshipment of the order.  Orders are shipped to the provided address. Any orders shipped and delivered to an incorrect address will not be reshipped or be refunded.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request PRIOR to the order being shipped to support@unearthedbotanicals.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products and their sanitary risk once opened. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept exchanges.

All products are final sale unless the product is damaged upon arrival. You must notify us of damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. This includes the wrong item(s) being shipped or if an item is damaged/defective.

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If you have emailed us with a refund request and have provided proof of defect/damage, you will be given the option of either receiving a refund or replacement. If a refund is chosen, it will be issued and processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified when your refund has been processed.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must have arrived damaged or defective and proof must be provided. A one-time refund or replacement will be offered for any damaged items. Any future damages must be handled with the shipping carrier.

Transparency: Our products are not mass produced and are made by hand. We try to get things as perfect as possible, however please allow for minor variations with products and/or packaging as everything is handcrafted.
